I finally found the document I was looking for regarding the my canh bombing. It was published by the public affairs Office in Saigon. I scanned the cover, back cover and one other page for your reference. It has 13 pages of information & pictures.
I need to get busy and generate my home page with all the pictures and news articles I have. I was a pack rat when it came to stuff like this. as you can see by the cover, it happened on June 25, 1965.
From what I remember, I had invited a number of the station guys to my 25th birthday party the night of june 25, 1965 at the plaza. I have been trying to catalogue all the pictures I took while there. also, playing that night at the plaza were the "swooners", a philippine band (see #2 picture).
